The game is directed by Hideki Kamiya, creator of the famous and one of the most horrifying game of the modern time Devil May Cry. Bayonetta tells the story of eponymous witch of the same name. She has guns on her hands and feet. She blows heads of monsters disguising as angels. According to the developers Bayonetta will blow of the doors of the action genre.

Bayonetta is full of powers beyond the imagination of human beings. These powers will be tested against countless monsters many of them reaching epic proportions. The game is said to be free from any kind of adult settings. Finishing moves are awesome and are presented with ballistic grace as Bayonetta moves from one fight to the other fight. Another character was shown in the TGS 2008 trailer. A male character voiced by Yuri Lowenthal introduced himself as Luka. Although his role is not explained in the trailer. Anything about the plan of the game is not released by Platinum Games. According to the game’s director Bayonetta is reborn into today’s world to fight against monsters acting as angels.
