
TMSGames presents you a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMORPG) cum horror survival game Exanimus. As it has horrifying gameplay, there are possibilities of rating it with “Mature”, strictly for only 18 and above. Exanimus was first announced in 2006. Currently, only initial gameplay and concept information have been released to the public by the company. However, there is information about features of the game on various media sites, after conducting many interviews with developer team of Exanimus. Initially Exanimus will release only for PC with possibilities of Mac and next-gen consoles.
The game is based in a world where dead roam the earth in order to eat flesh of the living ones. Most of the population of the world is dead and the remaining of the population is living in small packets, which exist in barricaded cities. Players will be able to join living survivors or dead roaming earths. By the use of visually “intense” and dark environment, Exanimus will allow player to experience a MMO based in a horror genre.
HUMAN
All players start as human. After that, they can choose to be a survivor or an outcast. There are many professions for the Human players to choose from. You have to choose and act very carefully as each of the step will be critical for the survival of the human players and team protecting the City.
Zombie
How a player can play as Zombie is unknown. A player choosing to play as Zombie can become at any time they wish, although the means this is accomplished has been not out officially yet. Character customization and class choices are different from Humans.
Exanimus starts a few years after rise of dead where the environment has to begun to decay due to neglect and damage. According to the developers, players can roam in both rural and urban environments. Main motive of the developers is to make environments more intense to create “horror” feeling. Various combats are involved in the game. Like Player vs. Player (PvP), Player vs. Environment, Player vs. Zombie (PvZ). Developers have promised of the regular content updates.
