PlayStation 3 wants players to find some versatility in the games being released for PlayStation 3 and other Sony products like PSP and PlayStation Network. One such game is Fat Princesses. It will shift your mind from regular gun battles and blood to a world where there will be fight and blood but in a different style. Fat Princesses is developed by Titan Studios. It will be published by Sony Entertainment Studios. Launched only for PlayStation 3, it will also be available to download on the PlayStation Store. Although the releasing dates are not confirmed, but in an interview a member from Titan Studios stated that they are looking for a spring 2009 release. Once released it can be downloaded from the official website of the game. Genre of the game will be Real Time strategy with a Top down model.

A Frantic and fun princesses pits two hordes of players against each other in a comic medieval battle royal. Players aim is to rescue the beloved princesses from the enemy dungeon. There’s a problem tough the enemy is stuffing the lovely princesses with food and she is gaining weight, so you need most of your army to work together to carry her back across the battlefield. Five classes are available to choose from. The five classes are The steadfast Archer, the fearless Warrior, the mystical Mage, the tireless Worker, and the deadly Priest. You need to combine your skills and work in order to triumph. Main mantra of the game is cooperation, whether it’s helping another player drag a log back to the castle, building a human pyramid to scramble over the walls, or manning a battering ram to smash through the enemy’s front gate.

Gameplay of Fat Princesses puts the players on a team consisting of between 8 and 16 male and female cartoon characters. Main aim of the players in game is to rescue their team’s princesses held in captive by an opposing team. Other then the main gameplay there is a team-deathmatch included in the game. There are ten desert-themed levels player can choose from, such as Coco Cliffs and Black Forest. In the beginning of the game, each of the teams will already have their opponent’s princesses held captive. To make the task of the opponents more difficult by feeding the princesses more and more to increase her weight. So she becomes heavier and fatter, and the opponent’s team needs larger number of players to carry her.
