In the gameplay, Owen has to face certain encounters such as using his body as a conductor for high voltage electrical currents or jumping off a building. Owen will be able to use many magical abilities such as Resurrection, Fireblade, Stone armor wind fury and many more. 

Like the previous Highlander immortals in the franchise, Owen must wield various types of swords to do battle with other Immortals. One additional feature is that you can also choose your Swordfighting styles to defeat his enemies. The game will span up to 18 missions in which Owen will face maximum of 77 unique characters. Most of the characters in the game are immortals just like Owen and have to be slain. Some of these characters are from previous game of the franchise such as Connor Macleod and Duncan Macleod are both expected to make appearance. Methos has been confirmed as Owens’s mentor.
